3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Parts and Materials: Installed genuine parts cannot be refunded
- Completed Services: Properly completed services meeting specifications

- External Factors: Delays due to parts availability or external circumstances
- Diagnostic Fees: Time spent diagnosing vehicle issues
Important: Parts installed during service become part of your vehicle and cannot be returned unless defective.
